Office Operations Manager

General Responsibilities:

  • Office Manager
  • Collaborate with executive management staff to ensure an efficient, positive, and fun culture
  • Collaborate with executive management staff to manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
  • Responsible for the organization of the office
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings as needed
  • Oversee the maintenance, filing, and organization of critical office documents including Confidentiality Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures, job descriptions, training records, and business development database as required
  • Expected to be a self-starter, require minimal supervision and streamline and improve processes whenever possible

Human Resources

  • Responsible for re-developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Assisting in maintaining a safe and secure working environment
  • Responsible for the on-boardingof new employees and organizing new employee training
  • Assist with recruiting new employees as needed

Job Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma Required; Four Year Degree preferred
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of HR best practices is preferred
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office proficient
  • Positive Attitude, coachable, proactive, hungry individuals wanted!

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
